What restaurants in San Francisco are similar to the Cheesecake Factory?
I’m trying to find a fun dinner place for some friends and me, but the Cheesecake Factory doesn’t take reservations. Any ideas for fun, loud restaurants for a party?

Foreign Cinema on Mission St is fun, great to sit outside this time of year, its somewhat loud, people talking and the movie playing. I think La Cage aux Folles (the original “Bird Cage”) is playing now. The food is not like Cheesecake Factory, this is more California Mediterranean, but if your looking for something different this is a great place.
Or
Buca di Beppo on Howard St. Is also good for groups, the food is served “family style”, with big platters of Italian food to share. This is a chain restaurant more like the Cheesecake Factory. Great for birthdays, they come out with a candelabra, with candles to blow out, its kinda crazy.
