What happened to my factory settings drive?

I wanted to restore my computer to factory settings but now the drive is missing when I click ‘My computer’ and when I boot by pressing f11 which is something to do a system restore/repair I have options to do those things but the option to restore to facotry settings is unable to be selected.
DId something happen to that drive?
