charlie asked:

I have an advent notebook / laptop and it’s on windows vista home premium. It’s been really slow and not responding for ages and i was wondering if you know the steps to restore my factory settings without a disk, like when you start up the laptop it would come up with system restore (recommended) or something like that, and when you click on it it would have 4 options to choose from. I have done this before but i have no idea how i did it. So please could you guide me through the steps of doing system restore please. ASAP. Thankss.

when you turn on your computer press F11 and wait for instructions… but i really thing you need to have a recovery partition or disks to reformat everything. thats what im doing right now with my desktop, i hope it works or else i don’t know what im going to do! if you do this make sure to safe your photos videos documents and all important stuff into an external flash drive before you do it. good luck i hope we can both do it and it finally works.
