How do I reset to factory settings for a laptop that was bought as a display model?

Hi,
I just bought a laptop tonight that was the last one on display at a retail store. How do I reset everything to factory settings? I want it to be just like if I were to open it from a sealed box.
By the way, it’s running Windows XP Professional.
