I have noticed workers who work in factory and construction sites who are way too lean, but super strong and solid ,they are seen lifting very heavy sacks, weights, do all those things that requires you to be fighting fit.They dont hit the gym like how normal do,yet they’re naturally built and I’d even the labour they do makes then even more fitter and stronger than these so called “macho” body builders

i’m going to cheesecake factory & i actually want to eat the bread & cheesecake this time. so i’m planning on eating a lighter dinner. what foods do you suggest that are lower in calories & healthy? would an appetizer be good?

I work in a factory, and its not hard labor, but i do constantly move. How many calories do you think i burn in an 8 hour shift?

I am going to the cheesecake factory tonight and want to know what to order to stick to my diet that is not a salad because I really hate salad. Also, the cheesecake isn’t an issue as I can’t eat it anyway due to a cholesterol issue.
