You need instructions on how to operate your DVD or navigation system?? Call or email the factory you bought it from. I am sure it is easy to get through to their customer service department.

How this program works
The SAM’S CLUB Auto, Boat & RV Program is not a broker. When you submit your new or pre-owned questionnaire, your information is forwarded to the advertising dealer nearest you who markets the type of vehicle you are looking to purchase. You will be purchasing/leasing your new or used car, truck, boat or RV, from a licensed, franchised vehicle dealer near you. These dealers have been selected by the SAM’S CLUB Auto, Boat & RV Program because of their customer service reputation (CSI), their wide selection of vehicles, and their willingness to give a low, no-hassle, no-haggle price to SAM’S CLUB Members.
